When you book an appointment or contact us, we collect your name, phone number, email address and the details you provide about your animal. These data are used only to manage your request and are kept by the clinic.

VetCare Assistant

Messages sent to the assistant are processed by an AI provider to generate the answer and are not used to identify you. Do not share sensitive personal information in the chat.

Cookies

The site uses a single technical cookie to remember your language. Audience measurement, if enabled, is anonymised.
